SIA – More than 100 flights schedule was cancel due to Covid-19

Singapore Airlines Facebook page announced that more than 100 flights are canceled. The scheduled flight canceled starts as early as 4th Feb to late May affecting country/cities like,

The reason being is due to the reduction of service on both Silk Air and SIA.

Singapore Airlines and SilkAir have made additional temporary adjustments to services across our network in response to weak demand due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

SIA stated that

“The SIA Group has taken swift action to mitigate the impact of Covid-19. We will continue to monitor the situation, and be nimble and flexible in adjusting our capacity to match the changing demand patterns in the market.

Singapore Airlines and SilkAir apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Affected customers will be notified and re-accommodated onto other flights.
